Finally Some new posts!

Well it only took me two months but I finally had some time to post all of the photos from the last month or so.   Hope you enjoy them as much as we did doing all the activities.  Also make sure to look through all the December Postings since I had so much to post some of them are not showing on the first page.

Christmas Card Photos

Well we forced the kids into two photo sessions to get our Christmas cards out this year.  We had two or three meltdowns and a lot of wasted pictures.  I am so thankful for digital cameras.  Makes my life of perfection so much easier.  :)  Anyways the top three of the final photos we used for the cards.  (The third is also one of the funny ones, we cropped Sam out and just used Kates face).  The last few were too funny not to post as well.   Ah...my kids are so going to dislike my lack of reserve posting these online.

Christmas with the Funk's and Holden's

This year the Funk's recommened we all get together and celebrate Christmas rather than just passing out our gifts for the kids and it was such an awesome time.  Chaotic of course with 6 little kids running or crawling around, but it was so fun to watch the kids play together.   We had a good time with some Yummy homemade apple cider, cookies and presents for the kids. Not many pictures though, I guess we were to busy trying to catch up.

Tree Decorating and Cookies

We decorated the tree with the girls and it was fun to see Sami finally able to really help with this task.  She loved it and kept asking for more.  Plus she even helps put on the ones Kate successfully pulls off.   Also we baked cookies this year (mostly for Sam).  She loved helping and a good friend gave us a cute apron and hat for her and she proudly wore it the entire time.

Bri and Sam at Zoo Lights

The first time we took Sam to Zoo lights we happend to take the below picture of Sam and Bri.  The next year we happend to take almost the same exact one.  So to keep with the tradition we intentionall took another this year.  Not sure how long we will be able to keep it up, but I think it is something so neat and fun to see the changes in Sami from year to year.  Hope you enjoy it too.

Zoo Lights and Playland

In December we had a lot of fun times.  Here are a few of the pictures.  We took a few picutes of the girls by the tree (more to come).  We went to Zoo lights with the Holden's.  In this set we also took Katelyn and Sam to Playland and Kate was finally big enough to play with all the other kids too.  (In the infants section of course).  She even found a friend.

Santa in Maricopa

December has been a busy month in our household as well.  I am sure you all can imagine.  We went and saw Santa the day after Thanksgiving.  He arrived in Maricopa via the Fire Department and all the kids thought it was pretty neat.  We took our friends the Holden's with us and we all had a good time and then a long dinner and McDonalds afterwards.  It was a great evening.  The first time around with Santa, Sami didn't want to go anywhere near him, so she never told him what she wanted.  Tonight I took her again and she told him from the end of the garage and let Mrs.Clause hold her for a cute photo.   I am so greatful to have friends that do this every year.  They have been Sami's Santa ever year since she was born so it is special for us all and they love seeing Sam every year.

Everyone Says we look like twins!

Sami, Riley, Kate, and Noah what cuties!

Thanksgiving

Well, it seems like we had a  pretty low key Thanksgiving this year, all the family in Arizona was there and the food was delisious and over abundant.  Loved it all, but we didn't take very many pictures, so here are all three from that day.  Sami just looks wonderful!

November

November was a busy month for us.  It just seemed like it flew by.  We celebrated Brian turning 28.  Sam i and I baked a cake for him and she learned to sing "Happy Brithday".  Brian loved hearing her sing to him.  Also Brian and I went and saw Twlight and New Moon with my sisters.  Not something we would have normally done, but it was fun to go and do something like that with them.    We also went to Riley's 1st Birthday Party.  It is hard to imagine our friends and our kids already starting their rounds of first birthdays.  Here are a few pictures from the month.
